I so resonated with these past two podcasts with Nicholas- You both are very evolved beyond your young years ( though I know you are middle aged), but it seems much of your insight and wisdom usually comes with maturity. I am so on the same page regarding optimism, art and the cultural programming, past and present. I am long retired from basically five careers ( nursing, fine arts, architecture, naturopathic healthcare, author-writer) and currently in retreat of the main game. Alexander Dugin talks about the end of history occurring when a people have lost their memory completely in the primordial soup of postmodernity. Once they have lost their individual and collective menory of where they have come from, they can formulate no coherent view for the future and have no idea who or what they are.
Such people become pliable grist for the mills of the controllers , poison carrying consumer cyborgs as you suggest .
Venkat over at Ribbonfarm suggests that in times of yore people originated from stable tribes and communities and were tasked with individuating . With post modernity this situation is reversed and people emerge from youth completely unmoored and adrift in the post modern amniotic fluid, and are tasked with finding and or forming dry land , a tribe and a stable community .
Is this by design ?
What if this blog is a social engineering project tasked with returning some folks to the central tenets of earlier modernity , communicated to Jasun while he was on LSD in South America ? , in recognition by the controllers of the fact that things arent working out too well under the current program ?

with regards to Berlin itself, one has not far to travel to discover its liminal roots. The site of ice age glaciation , medieval swamps, wends and crossroads . The name itself ironically means swamp. A Margraviate , or border land of the holy empire , a meeting place for various tribes, peoples and influences. It oozes limnality from its very pores , being bombed flat with a maniacal dictator holed up in it before being overrun by a communist horde only adds to the high drama of the place . Perhaps a stronghold of Kek himself ? .
I have often wondered why Hitler didnt flee to the Alps to prolong the war , some folks think he was trying to draw the red army to himself while all the loot , and shadowy players along with top secret technology were spirited away from the heavily defended Prague and across the mountains to weirdly surrendered Italy.
